What is Bounce Fitness:

BF is a dance fitness experience inspired by world Black dance and music!  This is more than fitness, we "work-out" as a community, sharing our happiness, pain, wisdom, sorrows and just our love of dance through movement.  We focus on your mind, body, social skills  and soul.

Flawless Part Deux Dance Workshop + Choreography Breakdown

Just in case you missed the 1st workshop or want to finish learning choreography to Beyonce's empowering anthem, Flawless, we are hosting the 2nd portion of the workshop held this Sunday March  30th from 4-6pm.

2-Hour Dance Workshop: Learn Choreography to Beyonce's Hit Single Flawless

Details: This workshop is for all dance lovers who are interested in learning choreography to Beyonce's hit song, "Flawless.” This 2-hour intensive workshop will teach the dynamics of percussive, sustained and vibratory movements utilized within choreography and build another layer of style to the dancers repertoire.
